Acceptable artwork formats: High resolution .PSD, .TIFF, .jpeg Unacceptable artwork formats: Word and Powerpoint, these have to be redrawn at an hourly design rate. Getting your artwork to us: Artwork may be sent to us via: USB, CD/DVD, email - under 3MB	Material & Artwork Bunting Traditional flag material woven from 100 polyester spun yarn. This type of material is commonly used throughout the flag industry worldwide. National Flag & Branding have their bunting woven to a specification exceeding all standards. The weight is 160gms/m and the breaking strength is over 900N making it the strongest bunting in use. Ultrasheen® A self-locking 3 yarn warp-knit flag material made from 100% polyester filament yarn with gloss finish. lt is light weight and durable. Due to its construction and speed of production, it is most economical to produce and brings down the cost of flags considerably. This type of material is fast becoming the standard in Europe. Ribtex® This revolutionary material is unique, having been developed by National Flag & Branding to suit extreme condition. It is a self-locking warp-knit with small reinforced"holes" and ribs knitted into the material for better air flow and strength. Bannerweave™ An exceptionally strong, medium weight 100% polyester woven material specifically for banners. It has a matt finish, which does not reflect light yet colours appear extremely bright. Satinknit™ A material ideally suited for both screen and digital print. This material looks and feels like satin but is more economical. Ideal for quality indoor point-of-sale material. Pongee Used mainly for desk and table flags. PVC National Flag uses opaque PVC, which can be printed on both sides without the image showing through. This material which prints well in both spot colours and CMYK is used extensively for PoleBanners™ and outdoor advertising.
